It was such a lovely day we decided to try a little trout fishing at the lake for a few hours. There was one guy there when we arrived who said he hadn't gotten anything, and left shortly after. We rigged up with a 4' leader and 2' leader on egg sinkers with pink and chartruese Power Eggs/Power Bait, and let fly. Tried both in close and out to as far as we could cast with no luck. Saw a few jump around 5pm but then the rain and wind started to move in so we moved out.
Always a good day when your fishing, and a good way to spend an extra few hours.
