Tried for kokes to start for about 2 hrs on the east side of the lake. Thank you Greg from Greg's Custom Rods for giving me some pointers and helping me get some gear. Saw several jumpers and decent schools on the surface but only managed a couple of strikes tolling top water with a pink hoochie skirt tipped with corn behind a dick nite 50/50 flasher.

After a couple of hours I headed back into the shallows to target rainbows and managed a nice 14.5 icnher and a fatty 18 ich 2lb triploid which was a great fight on 4lb test! The pic on the left is from tonight and the pic on the right from last night
