My friend Doug and I hit the lake around 1pm and fished until 5:30pm. We had 2 suspect bites but nothing stayed on the line. With the intermittent rain squales and wind the water temperture fluctuated between 47-50 degrees. There were fish appearing on the fish finder in all the key areas of the lake but again no luck. We were encountering some weeds in the area in front of the launch.
Good day for a therapy session just lacking some fish action.
