Its been a while since I wrote a report. Today I went out with my wife and her friend. We started trolling the north side of the lake with wedding rings, we only caught one, it was about an eight incher, nothing special. Then we went to the south east end of the lake and started bottom fishing. After nothing using powerbait I switched over to worms, I used a worm blower and used some fishy smelly oil. Right away I caught 2 nice size trout, then my wifes friend caught a bigger one, about 17 inches. We kept getting a constant bite, but they where hitting very lightly. After a while my wife needed to go back so we cut it short.

Also today the dock was packed and most of the boats were rented out, Offutt lake is gonna be a great fishery this spring. I cant wait.
