Got bored sitting at home so decided to try American today. I got there around 7:30am just as the rain let up. Went to the north side of Silcox Island and set out a green dodger with pink and white mini hootchie. There wasn't a whole lot showing on the finder but persisted anyway. Running about 35' I finally hooked a 13" kokanee. That was about it for the day other than a few trial pecks.
I threw just about everything I had at them today but they just weren't biting very well.I stayed until 1:00pm then the wind picked up and decided to call it a day.
