So my plan was to hit the Skokomish, then fish for smallies on American, but the plan ended up different than I had envisioned. After taking care of some unexpected responsibilities, I made it to the lake about 3pm. I launched from the park by the military base. It was my second time to this lake so I mostly cruised around surveying the bottom. I couldn't find any smallies but the perch were inhailing my 3in senkos and I watched a decent rainbow attack my tube right at the boat. There was about 20 or 30 boats on water, from jet skis to fishin boats runnin all over. It did not feel like november. Water was 57 to 61.
