Got there about 11am, about 60 degrees and sky was overcast. Fished from the pier along with 8 other people, saw no action from anyone for the first hour. Most were using chartreuse Powerbait w/ 4-foot or longer leader on slide sinkers. A little past noon, Rainbows started biting. Saw about 4 hits in a 45 minute span. A guy on the far left of the pier lost his pole to a big and frisky Rainbow (looked like a 3+ lbs. when it jumped), yanked his pole right off the dock. I never saw a fish do that before. I wasn't having much luck, so I left shortly after 1pm. I'll be back in a week or 2
