Hit potholes for the weekend due to the last nice weekend for the year I think. Camped at Mardon. Fished the dock on friday nite...nothin. Went out on the boat saturday morning and started throwing gitzits a.k.a. tube bait and it was on!! White was the color they liked and we caught about 30 fish throughout the day along the dam and rock walls in lind coullee. Fish ranged from half a pound to 5 pounds. Due to the 14 inch restriction had to let 2 nice ones go. Great fishing day on saturday. Sunday not so much ...hit the morning bite before heading home and only boated 2 small bass. Some guys were getting lmb at the dunes and walleye from somewhere small though. Nice cap off the the summer. Tight lines.
