Sorry for the late report, but here goes.

Went to the Potholes for some walleye fishing and the lake was covered in bass boats for two different tournaments so we ran up to Upper Goose lake. The trout fishing was almost too easy. We could barely get out walleye gear to the bottom without a rainbow grabbing it. The rainbows were in the 16-18 " range and fiesty. We only got a few walleye that were legal. One smallie on a Cabela's Dakota rig with a worm will trolling for walleyes.
