Went to Lake Meridian today. They stocked it again for sure. Got 5 planter trout in about 2 hours. I was trolling a ball of powerbait with no weight. When they picked it up, I would open my bail and let them run with it. Made hook sets pretty easy. Seemed to work ok too. If you want a easy limit of trout, fish Meridian now. Wait 2 weeks or so and it will feel like it was fished out. It doesn't take long.
