Funds let me go to Silver today had the lake to myself except a couple of jet skis later in the day and a few sunfish fisherman did not see any bass boats on the lake. Time fished 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.-water temp 65 to 75 degrees-water clarity GREEN algae bloom is on full throttle, visibility 6 inches to 1 foot makes for some good shallow water action-weather 50 degrees to 85 sunny with a slight breeze-most productive lure Black plastic craw- presentation flipped or pitched- Depth most fish found 1 to 2 foot-Black blue combination was the best color and the fish wanted some type of plastic with a lot of craw pincher waving action on the fall. I use a skirted slip sinker(hilts molds) with a hook large enough to run the whole length of the craw and a rattle i designed that keeps the plastic on nicely while going through brush, vegetation, and rocks.picture is of two largest fish for the day Dave N.

I'm still here. Still fishing, mostly at Tanwax, Ohop, and Tapps. You know we never made it out to silver lake like we had planned a while back.
