8/12/2010 9:17:00 PMhey think it was too cold. I was out early this am at Lake Cassidy and no fish for 2 hours. Water seemed cooler hopefully this warm weather will help stir things up.

8/12/2010 11:49:00 PMI am tryin to figure out smallies also, and am no expert, but have you tried deeper? All the articles I read say fish hang out together by size. Also, that the small guys are shallower than the hawgs we dream of. On the great lakes they have caught fish over 80 ft of water where the fish are suspened around 15 to 20ft. Hopefully in October I will be able to make it to that lake and try my luck. I'm jealous of you guys gettin all those smallies. Good luck!
