Was a very nice morning, got 2 smallmouth, a perch, and a crawfish. Although I spent most of my time lookin' at all the cute ladies rowing along. I would look down the cut, wave to the ladies then look at my pole as it was returning from a hit every time. I sure fed a bunch of fish so hopfully they will fatten up for everyone on their next outing.

you get the crawfish in a trap? ive been curious about buying some shrimp pots and throwin em out

No, unbelievably it was caught on a hook and worm, when I pulled it up, it let go on the dock. Maybe just some chicken on a string might work as well, once it got a taste of a meal it must have chosen to not risk loosing it.

wow, thats a crazy fishin story. Yeah i read there is no limit on em so you can just drop a small pot with chicken legs off a dock an have a feast! good report
