My Dad took my Sister-in-law and Nephew out in his boat this afternoon to Dalton lake. They did not catch anything. They tried trolling roostertails and still fishing. They saw one guy who had two fish caught trolling a wedding ring spinner with a worm. Except for a couple of limits caught in the first ten days of March, fishing has been much worse then in years past. It's like they didn't plant as many fish. I did read in the local paper that they were going to have another plant in the first week of April.
