8/2/2010 7:43:00 AMThe last couple trips out there have been a few boats - at 6am. Usualy nobody shows up until 8am. Then there are the water skiers at 11am on weekends and 2pm during the week, but I'm off the water by then.

Fished from 5 til 9:30 and caught 14. Mostly largemouths all around 1/2lb. A couple were 1 1/2 lbs. and 1 was 2lb 14 oz. Good morning overall except no big fish where they should be? Caught on green 5" senko and perch lipless crankbait. Big fish on the crankbait. I did try deeper crankbait but no strikes at all in water deeper than 10 ft. Water temp 72
