Got a late start on Wapato in afternoon just before thunderstorm blew in. Weather was around 100 degrees. Tried spinner baits and smoke plastic. Once I switched to new 3"grub motor oil by West Coast Custom Tackle I started getting a lot of activity. The grubs are extra soft, almost feel alive. The difference was amazing. One fish 2 lbs, a lot of nice pan size large mouth, (but always release them anyway. Great fun to catch. I also noticed a lot of pumpkin seed and perch swimming in the shallows. Will hit again only early in the morning!
