My dad, kids and I headed out to Chapman at about 3pm. We rented and rowed to the far end to hook some sure-fire fish for the kids... and struck out. Tried a number of different things but on this colder day even the bluegill weren't biting. Did manage to land 2 keeper perch before we decided to head to the sweet spot, albeit with little hope that it would be any better. We landed 11 rainbow and 2 kokanee in about 1.5 hours, and decided to call it a night and head back to shore before the darkness caught us. All the fish were smaller, about 9-12 inches, with a couple of fat rainbow in there. The photo is super blurry thanks to the darkness and my shaky, cold hands. All in all a great day.
