Hit up Lake Louise again after having no luck whatsoever at Whitman.
Caught like 3 largemouth at Whitman but they were dinks among dinks.

Anyways, LMBDave and I, along with our friend hit up Louise to get into some guaranteed fishing action!

I primarily was using a drop shot rig again with nightcrawlers.
Caught a TON of Rock Bass and Yellow Perch.
I even caught 2 decent sized rainbows off of the dropshot again.

However the highlight was at the end of the day when I caught a 15 inch Largemouth bass off of a wacky rigged Senko. It was about a good 2 lber.

I still need to get revenge for the much bigger bass I lost in the pads.

But yeah, Lake Louise NEVER Disappoints!!

Did you keep the dinks from Whitman? Is this the tiny little lake near (not IN) Stielacoom park?

Is there a boat launch on this lake? I've driven around it before, but didn't see a boat launch.

@ procaster, louise is not close to whitman, but we went there because we pretty much struck out at whitman.. @ bionic_one, no we did not keep the dinks, we catch and release :) and yes it is the small lake close to steilacoom park! @ f1sh1nf00l, yes there is a boat launch, but it's a very small one and it's the only public access. i believe it's off of 104th st and lake louise drive.

Gas motors allowed?

i'm not sure about gas motors, just judging by how small the lake is, i would guess no. we just used a trolling motor on a 10 foot livingston and it got us around the lake fine.

During really warm days the place is covered in Jet Skis. The public launch is VERY VERY small, if you drive faster than 5mph, you won't see it. Launch is right in the middle of this map link (copy and paste it) http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&q=Steilacoom,+Pierce,+Washington&sll=47.449074,-124.186792&sspn=0.007546,0.013754&gl=us&ie=UTF8&cd=1&geocode=FRzBzwIdfTux-A&split=0&hq=&hnear=Steilacoom,+Pierce,+Washington&ll=47.16294,-122.565445&spn=0.001897,0.003439&t=k&z=18

p.s., keep some dinks so the other dinks can get fat :-)

Gas motors are allowed....
@Elijah.Loves.Fishin.... I grew up on that lake. My parents still own a house on there. Congrats on the largie... I know that exact spot ya got him. The parents dock is really close to it. Try silver jointed shad raps there, thats what i have the best luck with.....

Yup, let me know. I've caught alot on green pumpkin senkos too, but it seems I can only get the BIG ones to bite the shad rap
