My dog Hunter and I hit the water about 9am on a gorgeous day. The fishing was alot slower than the last few times we went out. I caught and released 4 fish over a 3 hour period. I had several solid hits but they ended up shaking off the line at the boat. The people fishing off the dock or off the bottom from a boat were doing pretty good. Henley's resort is a good place to fish off the dock or to rent a boat.

spokey9- I have been fishing this lake for alot of years and have caught more catfish this year than any other year put together.

thanks thefishinggoddess, i caught a bunch just after the opener. i wanted to take my girlfriend out to silver tomarrow and wanted to catch some catfish for dinner.
