First time fishing at this lake. Two of us got started about 6:15am in the portabote. Got pretty consistent strikes right away and throughout most of the morning. Many strikes with no hookup or sometimes with a quick release. Caught mostly small trout, some very small seemingly cutthroats. Weather was nice, hardly any wind, no rain, fog at first which burnt off about noon. Several other boats out fishing, and a few bankers. As we were packing up the boat, a husband and wife were in lawn chairs near the boat launch bank putting on a clinic. They limited out in 90 minutes of fishing, with some nice size fished, using power eggs. They caught half of these fish while we were packing up the boat and loading up the car. Impressive. Nice little lake.
