Ran my best friend up to Samish for hopefully some multi-species action, but only the smallies wanted to play. Caught about 6 each, the biggest going 4.4lbs. Tried various crankbaits, jerkbaits, senko's, rattle baits, carolina-rigged worms, texas-rigged worms, spinnerbaits, jigs, you name it, the fish ate grubs and that was it! 3-4" Yamamoto single curly tailed grubs on 1/4oz jig heads in 6-8' of water around dock pilings where the banks transitioned from spawning areas to deeper water. Water temps were upper 50's YIKES, cold for this time of year.... Never touched a largie or anything else for that matter, lots of perch follows, but even they seemed off...
