Fished downtown Kirkland for perch. Cought plenty of 10 inchers. Bonus catch were bluegill, rock bass, largemouth, and smallmouth - none of great size. Used a brown trout magnet lure. Water was clear enough to see the school of perch...way cool to see the bite.

Sounds like a blast.. how do you fish the trout magnet lures?

Fished the lure tied directly to the line. Cast let it sink about three feet and slow reel.

Where in Kirkland do you fish at? I just moved to Kirkland, I used to fish down South near Tacoma and Olympia, would love to find a good spot that isn't such a far drive.

Someone told me about this lure about two to three years ago. It could of been you.
