Yardwork was done, and a light rain had started, so I might as well go see if the Kokanee were biting. And they were just as accomdating as last trip. I started getting bit within about 5 minutes. the fish wern't too picky either. Long-lining a green and orange wedding ring behind a slingblade, or dragging a slingblade and a purple wedding ring behind a diver at about 20 - 25 ft. The more shallow rig probablg got bit a little more often, but not a lot more. The deeper rig produced slightly larger fish....but none were very large, averaging 10 inches.
The action was pretty steady, and at times they would hit it while I was still letting line out. A couple of brief lulls as I trolled around, but then would get bit several times in a row. I had doubles on twice.
Get on out there a catch a few. today I was trolling generally North - South about 75 to 150 yards out from the boat launch
