My Buddy Doug and I decided to give this HOT lake another shot. If you have a Kid that you want to get into fishing, Silver lake would be a good choice. We fished for about 2 hours trolling Dick Nites and Mepps behind flashers.The longest we went without a hit was about 10 minutes and on several occasions we had 2 fish on at the same time. I had another good day C&R Silver Lake trout. The dock fishermen were catching their share of fish also.
