Fished Lake McMurray with four others. Not nearly as many people out fishing as the last time I was out on the lake. We had a few times where it rained, but overall, the weather was decent. We only caught 9 trout. All were between 13 and 14 inches in length. We saw a couple of other boats get their limts. Our observation was that early in the day fishing closer to shore worked better and as the day progressed, moving to deeper water worked better. Besides not getting our limits, we had a good time out on the lake. Watching the resident bald eagle was great.
