3:30-5:00 afternoon overcast sky temp 60 time fished 1 1/2 hour
Made it out on bay lk. the launch there is alittle tricky. there are logs or a curb about 10 feet out and for bigger boats it might be trouble but I got a little bass Tracker and my 2 wheel drive can pull it out. headed strait out from the launch to the other shore line where the water was a bit calmer and was casting a ORANGE Rooster tail and caught 1 trout 12" threw it back. then I trolled with that spinner and landed a couple more. Evenning bite I am finding is the best time for the trout. I have talked to alot of people out there to find the lunker bass still haven't caught one yet. I have noticed A lot of reddish brown newts in the lake.
