Me and Scoot headed out at the crack o' dawn on his bass boat...she's a beauty...on Bay Lake by 6am. Fishing was slow to start, but by 8ish we were catching Rainbows on spinner baits. My preference were my platoon of Rooster Tails, 208s, 210s and 212s. Most action was off of a light red Rooster, 210 size. She boated me a 13" Rainbow, plenty nice. Scoot was hoping to land a giant Bass, but who ain't? Too cold for the big boy bass, we'll be back when she warms up. In the end, we boated 3-4 Rainbows, couple wiggled off, and the wives called stating they were plenty hungry for some Lulu's breakfast....off the lake at 10am, got "The Homeport" at Lulu's....you betcha.
