Fished the east and west shores from a float tube. Got out around 10 am, nothing rising. Tried a number of sinkers, until about 2 pm without so much as a fish showing. No wind, lots of sun, but no fish.
Water is way down, maybe 20 feet below normal. Maybe a darker day this time of year. Water is very clear. You can easily see 30 feet deep.
