Went out to AMERICAN lake with the kids today when we arrived to the lake at north park boat launch it was chopy water like crazzy ! At any rate headed to far south end lake where it was not as bad and set out the rigs. I was marking some big fish in 65' of water at 45' down so 40' I went no more than I set my bend in my rod bam fish on 16inch cutt , mean while the wind was blowing my boat all over so I decided to troll north back towards the park and my 12yr old and I laned 5 more bows and lost 2 at the net all C&R they were like 10 to 12 inches, caught all bows 7ft down , Not bad for a 2hrs on the water !
