A better day than last Saturday (got skunked). Tried trolling (buggers tipped with nightcrawlers and spoons behind flashers) and bottom fishing (marshmallow/worm) with no luck.
My buddy and I were finally able to scratch out 3 rainbows (biggest was 3.5 lbs) using slip bobbers with "trout worms" (we used to call them red worms when I was a kid) hugging the bottom (11 feet) about 75 yards in front of the Four Seasons Resort dock. When I cleaned the fish, they were full of snails. Tight lines.
