Arrived about 2 p.m.. I launched @ Four Seasons resort($4 something to launch), an rowed my 10' flat bottom 100 yds. off the dock. Might as well have been on it. It was windy and cool. My fishing buddy said 55 degrees W.T. and 11' deep and showed a lot of fish. Tried powerbait, nothing. Hooked up using a whole worm and two marsh mellows on a 12" leader and slip sinker. They are feeding right on the bottom.
Several guys on the dock did well also with worms and marshmallows. One BIG (8 #er) was lost when tangled under the dock. Stout tackle and big nets, these aren't 12" planters. Oh, I hooked up 4-16"/20" bows. All had nice pink meat. About 4 hours on the water. Smoke'm if you got'm. Cheers
