Last Friday I took a friend out to Lake Wash. for a few hours. He's pretty new and I was hoping to get him on some fish. I ended up catching three with the biggest one going 3.3lbs. My friend did manage to catch one that was like a pound. Fish didn't hit hard and didn't put up any fight. Water temp is in the mid 50's. Still a bit early, but the warm weather sure did help.

Coulon Beach Park, near Renton... get the trail to the fishing dock, but instead of fishing on that dock stop on the last bridge before it. Very good spot for smallies, with some going to 3 to 4 pounds.

I have fished all along the north end of the lake and still have not had any luck catching anything. it sucks
lol any tips?
