Launched in Kenmore at 7:30 AM, fished nightcrawlers and salmon eggs along eastern shore of north end. If you are pan fishing stick to bait (worms) and bobber it or put it about a foot off the bottom, 20-200 yards off shore. Tons of perch, whitefish, and also got bluegill and bullhead. Lunker carp (10-20 lbs), bass, rainbow fry, and squaw are common in north end shallows, esp. out of the mouth of the slough. Don't fish anywhere milfoil is visible. You can easily catch 10-30 fish here in a couple hours, but probably nothing big. We are interested in knowing if anyone deep trolls for big trout in the north end, seems like most action is near the bridges or further south. Methods, depths, would be nice. Thanks, and please e-mail with suggestions. uwshane28@hotmail.com
