I spent Superbowl Sunday morning from 8-noon on Lone Lake in my pontoon float tube stripping and trolling woolybuggers. Caught one nice 17" 'bow in the first hour in about 13' of water using a black & red bodied bugger. Only had one other hit & miss later in the morning. There were half a dozen other personal watercraft out, but I didn't witness any other catches. Water temp was 48 degrees in depths from 10'-20'. The only fish I marked on the bottom were in an 18' water column (my be a limitation of Fishing Buddy beam angle in shallower water). Most of the marks were suspended and picked up on side scan. All in all a good time - even in the drizzle!
BTW - my apologies for the low-quality phone camera pic. I'll start packing my digital with me. Happy lip rippin'!
