Took a break from the rivers today and decided to hit one of my favorite old winter hidin' holes. Took my wife along (she loves to walk around that lake). Got there at about 9:00, spent about 3 hours out there on the backside. Not too much action. A few fish jumpin', a few other people fishin'. Didn't see anyone else catchin' anything. Tried going off the bottom with a worm and some scent too. Got a touch or two there. Didn't really care too much about catching anything though. I did it mostly for the therapeutic value and the fun. Maybe next time I'll try harder. Good luck and tight lines!
