You may have seen me out on my dock yesterday. I usually fish for trout out there and do pretty well, but the last few weeks have been dead. I don't think that Lake Stevens produces much this time of year.

Winter bassin is very slow here in w wash. You can get some occasionally but you basically have to hit em on the head.I caught a 4 pound smallie last winter while perch fishing in 42 feet of water on a nightcrawler.I fish here for bass quite a bit and would love to go with you some time.Once the water temp starts rising the fish will start moving but for now they are in hibernation mode. They just sit on the bottom, slow down thier metabolism and wait for spring.Lets keep in touch and set something up for april/may.
