Not wanting to admit defeat after Fridays outing, I had some time Sunday evening so I set out to catch some bass. This time i worked the cove just S. of the boat launch down to the next point S. of that. Fished real slow this time and only produced a dink LMB that self released at the boat.
Water temps in the 58-61 range over the course of 3 hrs. Water was very green with the visibility about 1-2 feet.

You cant kill them evety time out. I have caught fish in that same area but just a little later in the season using slugos and weightless magic worms green and brown color cast right up to shore and slow sinking they were good size fish. Good luck
