Little fishing done due to waterskiers. Mostly wondering if anyone is targeting/catching Kings?
Any report on Lk. Washinton Cohos?

I gave the Kings a try on the 16th and in the 19th. I didn't see anyone catch anything. We didn't either. Very few fish were rolling. I did hear that at least two were caught last saturday.

There's a few fish around, however, not many to bite. We need rain in a bad way. On another note, this lake has once again been the target of more bass tournaments. there was a 2 day tournament this past weekend. It's making it very hard for a leisurely bass fisherman to have any peace on this lake anymore. TOURNAMENTS DO NOT HELP THE FISHERY. It would be a little better if these tournaments actually gave something back to the fishery. I don't see it.

I was out on Washington this last Sunday and marked a bunch of fish around 100' deep. I drug a rattle plug around down there for about an hour with no takers. FYI, Lake Washington doesn't open for coho until the 16th of September. I may give Sammamish a shot this Friday. Got to be on the lake at the butt crack of dawn and fish right on the bottom in 40+ feet of water.
