Went to Clear Lake to adjust the new sonar (have to remount transducer) and did a little fishing on the south end of the lake. Fished for about an hour and a half and got this one with a t-rigged green pumpkin brush hog on 5/0 hook, no added weight. 18.5" x 14" (calculated 3.99 lbs). Water temp 71 degrees, fishing in about 8-10' of water. I would cast to the edge of the pads and work the bait out about 15' from there. This one came about 5' off the pads. This is my third time fishing this lake for bass, and i finally got that skunk off my back.
