Got back into Lake Bryant this morning for about 4 hours, and caught small largemouth bass the whole time. I must have caught and released at least 35-40 bass while there. The 2 largest fish are pictured, but most of the fish I caught were 8-11 inches. I threw weightless plastic worms on ultra light tackle. The fish hit better when I swam the worm very slowly, and many semed to catch the worm in the air just as the cast landed. Lots of action and worth the effort dragging my little boat back in there.

I love fishing there.Perfect float tube lake.Just be wary parking there.A couple years ago someone tried smashing my windows.I heard the noise and ran back to the truck and ran him down in the truck and right as i got up to him i jumped out and he took off over a Barb-wire fence and off into the woods.Looked for him for an hour with the sheriffs but we never found him.Oh well the tint kept my windows from breaking .i got lucky.probably just a drifter.Anyway back to fishing. That lake is surely loaded with bass, but there are so many that they are stunted and cant grow.if it got a little fished out the fish would grow. There is also a ton of trout there too(cuttroats).I've had 25 fish days there on cutts with bobber and worm. Its fun if you have a tube.
