Sorry the report is a little late but I had my Dad in town and just haven't found the time. But anyways we launched at the RV resort at about 7:30am and didn't get a line in the water until about 8am. We tried just about everything and didnt even get a hit for about the first hour. We moved west down the north shore and there were nothing but weeds (floating and at the bottom) so it wasn't making it very great fishing but we kept moving. We finally found a great spot in between docks that was rocky and prime!! Not sure what Dad was using but I had a Texas rigged senko on line and tossed that only a few times before I had LOTS of action. I finally landed the smally pictured and what a fighter!! My dad also caught one shortly after (pictured). My dad pulled in one before all that but not worth getting the camera out for. Fun day I have to say even though we didnt pull many in, we only fished for about 2 1/2 hours and other than the ones we landed I had a couple on the line and just couldnt get 'em in the boat! Fun day even though it started out slow....its always better when you get a good one at the end....it leaves you happy on your way out! I have had more and more people tell me not to go to Long Lake and fish for Bass but these people I must say- are crazy! Every time I've gone out there I've had great luck......so dont listen to those that are trying to keep you away.....they must KNOW that they are out there and want them for themselves....haha

Any other good Bass fishing out there around the spokane area? Im still new to the bass fishing but its starting to become my favorite thing to go for.
Tight lines for everyone!!

My favorite bass fishing waters are - 1) Long, 2) Banks, 3) Eloika. Liberty is good, however the jetters and tubers get thick. The Pend Orielle river is also very good.

I apologize....this was kind of a weak report and I was in a hurry....water temp was 70 degrees on the money......fishin in about 10 foot waters and it didnt really seem to matter how your worm dropped- it was all about the movement on the bottom and they were all over it. There were probably about 8 fish that got very lucky and spit er out.
