Went down to the Boathouse around 12:30pm to fish off the dock. My girl and i got 7 trout (they averaged out about a pound or so) by 4:30 when the wind was getting too rough to have fun anymore. We were using a small slip sinker and a five foot leader with a #6 baitholder hook. I was using salad shrimp and tipping it with a salmon egg an a chartruese berkley trout nibble, she was using the same except an orange nibble. We just dropped straight down and reeled up 4 turns. Wasnt as good fishing as usual, but pretty consistent. I fish this dock alot and have caught a ton of fish the past 2 years fishing this way. If you wanna catch some fish and relax, i highly recommend going. Havent been skunked there since beginning of last june.
