Me and the fam got a new recreational boat; 18 bayliner; went out for our maiden voyage on the 3rd. I threw in a couple rods. We anchored in 18 ft at the N.E. end of lake; wife and daughter soaked up the sun, the boy and I ended up catching about 30 perch. Brought home 19 (9" or better, biggest being 11"); threw the rest back. Fished from about 2-5pm; white and/or white/pink curly tails tipped with worms on 1/32oz jigheads. Water temp was 71. . . lots and lots of people, but a great time in the new (to us) boat. Can't wait to rig it up for Salmon.
