Got on the lake just before 7am and fished the pads to the left of the dock, continued up the bank and spotted a nice looking area and cast a bullsye and caught the 2lb 10oz on the first cast! Continued to the next spot I've caught a few fish before they I guess they recognized my worm so we crossed over the lake and found another bass retreat-looking area and sure enough as soon as I told the fiance "I guarantee you there's fish here" I had the next fish on. It was a little smaller, probably about 1.5.
All in all a good day, I think this lake is not as used up as I did before =]
