Som and I fished Sammamish today from 7 to 3pm. Bright skies and hot temp made it a great day to sight fish. The only bad thing was, they weren't on beds and if they were they were very skittish. However, I caught a 4.4lb largie on my 3rd cast of the morning just by fan casting a senko. I ended up with another 3.5lb largie that I did manage to catch from a bed. Som managed a nice smallmouth off a bed as well. Overall, we saw a lot of roamers, skittish bass and tough fishing.
