spent the holliday at blue lake. was there last year and did very well. i am glad to see the lake is recovering well. the fish were quite a bit bigger than last year.
although i didnt fish as much as i did last year,(spent most of the weekend jet boating) i did drop my line in for an hour or 2 here and there. each time i caught at least one nice fish. 14-15 inches and real fat. they put up a nice fight to. all in all i caught about 6-8 fish throughout the weekend. love this lake. real laid back, lots of nice people. even to us roudy jet boaters.
BTW, anyone fishing the hwy bank on saturday prob got a nice shot of my girls butt as she lost her swimm bottoms while tubbin not far off shore. good times. LOL
