Well, it was a rough weekend at the Potholes for me. First, it took about an extra 5 hours to get there due to traffic on the pass. Then, I launched the boat and my little girl smashed her thumb between the boat and dock. Some lessons are learned the hard way. Then the worst thing happened, the boat wouldn't run worth a darn. We loaded up the boat and headed to town. No fix available on Memorial weekend. AAAAHHHHH!!!!!! We finally rented a boat for half a day on Sunday and only caught one Bass. 3lbs8oz. That equals out to about $15 an ounce. To finish the whole thing off, traffic sucked all the way home too. I guess we need to have those weekends to appreciate the good ones even more. I'll try it again in a few weeks.
