I got to Mission Lake about 9:30 am, Put my pram in the water and had my first bite 10 min. later.
I was getting lots of bites but nothing was staying on. First fish to the boat was about 10 am. Got 4 fish in the boat when I noticed a hatch in one area. Fish were jumping all around me but none of them were interested in my brown wooly buger. I don't cast worth a darn but I put a dry fly on and got my first fish ever on a dry fly that I tied myself. Was off the water about 12:00. It was a very good day. Sun, warm and a lite wind.
