Went fishing for a few hours in my float tube. Paddled around with sinking line and a black wollybugger. Caught 1 rainbow, 6 bass, and a crappie doing the same thing. The crappie was a big surprise since I haven't seen one for awhile.

Trav...How many inches was your Crappie? And what was the size of your bass? Is the water still really low now? Nice report bro,The Jigmiester

All 6 bass were about a pound. The crappie was about 11 inches. The water is very low, between 20 and 30 down. I have never seen Deer Springs Lake so low in my life.

I'm afraid this lake is going the way of Pacific Lake. Dry. I was there last year and it was way down. Sounds even worse now.
