Well, I took my 3 YOA daughter and trolled around the lake for an hour and a half and didn't see a single fish rise, despite a bug hatch going on. Not even a twitch on my line. Right around 11:30 we went to get out and I saw the fish start to go crazy in one spot. Seems like they were schooled up in the shallows, just like what the hatchery is like. I put my daughter ashore and went out in waders. I had a hookup with every cast. I must have caught 30 or 40 in about an hour. All little dinks around 8"-10". Fun on a 2 weight flyrod, but nothing like the sixteen 3 to 6 pounders I was catching the week before...
